SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
- The Competition and Fair Trading Commission (CFTC) has budgeted funds in its budget for 2015/16 financial year for the procurement of a range of promotional materials.

- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with open tender procedures and in full compliance with the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2003 and Public Procurement Regulations, 2004 of the Government of the Republic of Malawi.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information or inspect the Bidding Documents from the following address from Monday to Friday- 7:30 am to 4:00 pm;

- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by the interested bidders in person upon payment of a non-refundable fee of MK5,000.00 cash or bank certified cheque at the address in paragraph 7 during working hours only.
- Sealed bids clearly marked “Supply and Delivery of Promotional Materials” should be submitted into the Tender Box placed at the reception of the address below, not later than 14:00 hours of 18th September 2015.

- Bids opening shall take place in the CFTC Board Room at Mpikisano House at 14:00 hours on the closing day (18th September 2015). Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives, who may choose to attend.
- Late bids shall be rejected. CFTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and cancel the procurement proceeding at any stage.
