The Strategic Plan will also enable the Commission to effectively respond to the ever changing business environment in which it operates.
1.5 The Strategic Plan will be implemented by the Secretariat with policy guidance from Board of Commissioners and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism. The Secretariat shall also collaborate with other stakeholders such as sector regulators, local government authorities, regional competition bodies, traders, consumers and NGOs to minimize occurrence of anticompetitive and unfair trading practices on the market.
